Your account

By creating an account or using Stitch Shuffle, you agree to these terms. Use an email you control and keep sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect someone else has access.

Free launch access and creator tips

The free launch runs November 6 through December 5, 2026 (Central time). Sign in to use the workspace without a payment card. No subscription is created and no automatic charge occurs when free access ends. Afterward, continuing requires separately choosing a paid plan. Existing lifetime grants remain free. Saved projects are retained under our privacy policy; the launch ending does not delete them.

Creator tips of $1–$500 USD are optional one-time payments to support Heather. They do not purchase access, extend the free period, or create a subscription. For a mistaken or duplicate tip, contact support for a refund review. Any refund rights required by law still apply.

Membership and automatic renewal

The public paid plans are $6.99/month or $69.99/year, in USD, with the same app features. The yearly plan is charged as one annual payment, not monthly installments. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before payment.

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial requiring a payment method. No subscription charge is made during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges your chosen monthly or annual plan at the end of the trial, then renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel through Your membership before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Review the plan, amount, and billing frequency before paying. Stripe processes payments and provides subscription management through Your membership.

Beta access is invitation-only and free for approved tester emails and existing lifetime members. Public subscriptions are not open during beta. Accounts granted free lifetime access retain free access after beta and do not need a subscription. Beta access is not automatically converted into a paid subscription. Lifetime access is access to Stitch Shuffle while the service is available, not a promise that the service will operate forever.

Cancellation

Cancel before the next renewal through Your membership → Manage subscription, then complete the cancellation in Stripe. The confirmation states the effective date. Access continues through that date when cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period; immediate cancellation can end access sooner. Signing out, deleting a project, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Request a refund within seven days of your first subscription payment by emailing treasuresbyheatherm@gmail.com. This applies to your first monthly or yearly payment. Renewal refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Include your account email and the payment date or receipt number. Never send your full card number or sign-in code. Refunds are handled by support; cancelling alone does not submit a refund request. Any refund rights required by applicable law still apply.

Your content and pattern rights

You retain your rights in content you add. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the features you use, including sharing you choose. Upload only content you have the right to use. Buying a pattern does not necessarily give permission to redistribute it; do not use sharing or exports to infringe a designer’s rights.

Do not upload unlawful content, access someone else’s account without permission, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls. We may restrict misuse to protect users and investigate reports. Contact us about an access restriction or a content-rights concern.

Backups, guidance, and availability

Keep copies of important patterns and export project backups. Saves and offline storage can fail, and devices or browser data can be lost. Stitch references are general guidance; follow your pattern’s instructions and symbol key. External tutorials, shops, and AI services have their own terms and are not operated by Stitch Shuffle.

We work to keep the app available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the app develops. If changes materially affect an active paid membership, contact support to discuss the affected access and any appropriate billing resolution. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Privacy, account closure, and changes

Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. To close an account or request personal-data deletion, use the contact instructions on Help & contact. Export what you want to keep and address any active subscription separately.
