Your membership does not include yarn, supplies, purchased patterns, or third-party services. All prices are in USD; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
Renewals and cancellation
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with a required payment method. Stripe charges the selected plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subsequent payments occur at the start of each billing period until cancelled. Signing out or deleting a project does not cancel a subscription.
Read the cancellation steps. Free lifetime members do not need to buy a plan, and beta access does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.
Refunds
Request a refund within seven days of your first subscription payment by emailing treasuresbyheatherm@gmail.com. This applies to your first monthly or yearly payment. Renewal refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Include your account email and the payment date or receipt number. Never send your full card number or sign-in code. Refunds are handled by support; cancelling alone does not submit a refund request. Any refund rights required by applicable law still apply.
